ABOUT ME – Jo Starke

For the past 16+ years, I have enjoyed a career as a Senior Human Resources Professional and worked with many talented people within large complex global organisations including GM Holden and BlueScope Ltd, as well as smaller organisations in exciting growth industries such as Dineamic Food. With a strong coaching approach underpinning my entire career, I am energised by helping people move forward and develop in these extraordinarily challenging times. 

In addition to holding a Master of Business (Human Resource Management), I am also an Accredited Organisational Coach. As a Coach, I partner with people to define what change will create a positive and meaningful impact on their lives and facilitate bringing this to action. I achieve this through the exploration of both the known and unknown and in identifying what might be holding them back from making their desired change. The people I work with experience a thought-provoking, reflective, and creative process to help focus their energy and thinking. This allows them tap into and unlock their own resourcefulness and potential within. I also like to think about it as bringing out people’s inner radiance – hence the name Radiant Coaching.

I have always loved working alongside people, and I find nothing more professionally rewarding than being able to support people bring about the change they truly want and live a full life, whatever that may be.

I revel in building relationships with people, and this is key to my coaching philosophy. Developing trusted relationships, deep listening, presence, positivity, empathy, and action orientation are all key strengths I draw upon to optimise the coaching partnership and bring about confident and progressive change as well as learning and growth for people I work with.
